Does our team need to be technical to work with you?
No. We talk about your business, not technology. You tell us where time goes and what frustrates your team; we handle the rest and explain it in plain English.
Will AI replace our staff?
That is not the goal. We take the repetitive work off their plate so they can spend their time on customers and the work that needs a person. Most owners use the time saved to grow without having to hire as fast.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Security is where we come from. Tools are set up in accounts you own, we tell you plainly what data each one can see, and sensitive information stays protected.
How quickly will we see results?
Most work starts small: one process, one app or one page, with a short pilot. That way you see real results, usually within a few weeks, before deciding what comes next.
What does the free assessment involve?
We look at how work flows through your business, and at your website, software, network, computers, backups and accounts. Then we walk you through a plain-English report: where AI and better tools could save time, what is exposed, and what to fix first, with costs. If you already pay for IT services, we also show you where you may be overpaying.
Why is the assessment free?
Because it is the best way to show you how we work. Most owners come away knowing where their team's time goes and how exposed the business is. You keep the report and decide what, if anything, to do next. There is no obligation.
How much does it cost?
We work on monthly retainers: 10 hours for $800 ($80/hr), 20 hours for $1,500 ($75/hr), 30 hours for $2,100 ($70/hr). You can also pay as you go at $90/hr. Larger projects are quoted individually. After your free assessment you get a written proposal.
Do you still look after IT?
Yes. With 15 years in IT, we look after computers, networks, security and backups, usually as part of a monthly retainer. It is the foundation everything else runs on.
What if something breaks after hours?
Regular support is Monday to Friday, business hours. Emergencies, nights and weekends are billed at $125/hr for every client, and do not use retainer hours.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Retainers are month to month, so you can use as little or as much as your business needs and change your hours up or down from one month to the next. Custom projects are agreed in writing before we start.
How big a business do you work with?
Typically 5 to 25 people. If you are larger or smaller, ask.
