Monthly retainer
Reserve a block of hours each month at a lower rate, and use them for anything we do: building and improving your AI tools, web apps and website, plus IT support, security and backups. The more hours you reserve, the lower your rate.
Custom projects
Larger pieces of work, such as a new web app, a set of worker bots or a new website, are scoped with you and quoted individually, agreed in writing before we start.
Retainers and hourly rates

- Emergencies, nights and weekends: $125/hr for everyone, billed separately and never taken from retainer hours.
- Month to month, with no long-term contract. Move your hours up or down as your needs change.
- Unused retainer hours roll over for one month, then expire.
- Retainer hours can be used for anything we do: AI automation, web apps, websites, IT support and security.

Multi-factor sign-in, managed protection, and automatic backups with regular restore tests.
Network
Firewall, switches and Wi-Fi managed, plus coordination with your internet provider.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Accounts, licenses, email, sharing and security settings, plus new hires and departures.
Vendors and planning
We deal with your software, phone and equipment vendors, and keep a technology roadmap and budget with you.
Custom projects
Larger pieces of work are scoped with you and quoted individually, agreed in writing before we start.
- AI automation: worker bots, automations and connected workflows, usually starting with a short pilot on one process.
- Web apps: customer and job tracking, quoting, inventory, dashboards and client portals.
- Websites: from landing pages to online stores, booking and member areas.
- IT projects: new offices, network rebuilds, Wi-Fi, phone systems and security clean-ups.
Billed separately
Emergency, night and weekend work ($125/hr, never taken from your retainer hours), hours beyond your monthly block (at your retainer rate), custom projects, and hardware, software licenses and other third-party costs.
No long-term contracts: retainers are month to month, and you can move your hours up or down as your needs change.
